GWRS steering committee

The GWRS Steering Committee is comprised of three members from the Orange County Water District (OCWD) and three members from the Orange County Sanitation District (OC San). Originally called the Joint Cooperative Committee, the GWRS Steering Committee was formed in 1997 to oversee planning, design, and construction activities associated with development of the GWRS. The committee currently meets on a quarterly basis to advise staff as needed for the planning and operation of the GWRS.
