A 10-member Board of Directors governs the District, seven of whom are elected and three are appointed by the city councils of Anaheim, Fullerton and Santa Ana.
Regular meetings of the Board of Directors are held on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in OCWD's boardroom. Agendas for these meetings are posted a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the meeting. OCWD welcomes productive dialogue with its governing board, utility partners, community leaders, and the public. Visitor participation is included at all agendized meetings. During this time, members of the public may offer public comment for up to three minutes.
OCWD public meetings are currently conducted virtually. Information on how to participate is listed at the top of each agenda.
