RFP for Pre-Design Investigation Work Plan South Basin Groundwater Protection Project (RFP-25-007)

The Orange County Water District (“OCWD” or District) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms (Proposers/Consultants) to prepare a pre-design investigation work plan for the South Basin Groundwater Protection Project (SBGPP). OCWD intends to evaluate the proposals received and enter into a Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) with the qualified firm. The work is expected to commence on December 18, 2025. This Agreement term is estimated to have a duration of 18 months from notice to proceed.
