RFP for Multipurpose Center Feasibility Study (RFP-25-013)
The Orange County Water District (“OCWD” or District) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide a multipurpose center feasibility study. OCWD intends to evaluate the proposals received and enter into a one year Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) with the qualified firm. The work is expected to commence on April 8, 2026 and continue through April 7, 2027.
