RFP for Inspection Services Construction of AM-21R and AM-63 Monitoring Well Clusters (RFP-25-016)
The Orange County Water District (“OCWD” or District) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide inspection services during the construction of the AM-21R and AM-63 monitoring well clusters. OCWD intends to evaluate the proposals received and enter into an Eight-Month Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) with the qualified firm. The work is expected to commence on May 1, 2026. This Agreement will be for a minimum term of eight (8) months for the period from May 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
