RFP for Injection Well Redevelopment (RFP-25-006)

The Orange County Water District (“OCWD” or District) is seeking proposals from
qualified and experienced firms (“Proposer” or “Contractor”) to provide well development
services for three types of injection wells. OCWD intends to evaluate the proposals
received and enter into a General Services Agreement (“Agreement”) with the qualified
firm. The work is expected to commence on April 13, 2026. This Agreement will be for a
minimum term of three (3) years for the period from April 13, 2026, to April 12, 2029, with
an option to renew for an additional two (2) years.
