RFP for Environmental Permit Support Services (RFP-25-020)
The Orange County Water District (“OCWD” or District) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide Regulatory Compliance Support Services. OCWD intends to evaluate the proposals received and enter into a three (3) year Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) with the qualified firm. The work is expected to commence on June 1, 2026. This Agreement will be for a minimum term of three (3) years for the period from June 1, 2026 to June 1, 2029.
