RFP for Construction Management Services for Prado Basin Short Term Sediment Removal Compliance Project – Phase I, Contract No. PB-2025-1 (RFP-24-024)

The Orange County Water District (“OCWD” or District) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide construction management and inspection services for the Prado Basin Short Term Sediment Removal Compliance Project – Phase I, Contract No. PB-2025-1 (Project). OCWD intends to evaluate the proposals received and enter into a One-Year Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) with the qualified firm. The work is expected to commence on September 1, 2025. This Agreement will be for a minimum term of one (1) year for the period from September 1, 2025, to August 29, 2026.
