RFP for Construction Management and Inspection Services for Anaheim Lake Valve Vault (RFP-24-025)

The Orange County Water District (“OCWD” or District) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms (firm or proposer) to provide construction management and inspection services for the Anaheim Lake Valve Vault project. OCWD intends to evaluate the proposals received and enter into an eighteen (18) month Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) with the qualified firm. The work is expected to commence on October 1, 2025. This Agreement will be for a minimum term of eighteen (18) months for the period from October 1, 2025 to June 30, 2027.
