RFP for Conceptual Design Plan for Interpretive Educational Tours at Prado Office (RFP-25-010)
The Orange County Water District (“OCWD” or District) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide design-only services for enhancing the capacity at Prado Constructed Wetlands and Field Office to host educational tours. OCWD intends to evaluate the proposals received and enter into a Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) with the qualified firm. The work is expected to commence on December 22, 2025. This Agreement will be for a minimum term of eight (8) months from the period of December 22, 2025 to August 31, 2026.
