RFP for Asphalt Rehabilitation Engineering Support Services (RFP-25-026)
The Orange County Water District (“OCWD” or District) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide design services for the rehabilitation of several separate non-public asphalt pavement areas in the cities of Huntington Beach, Anaheim, and Orange totaling approximately 362,000 square feet. OCWD intends to evaluate the proposals received and enter into a Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) with the qualified firm. The work is expected to commence on November 1, 2026.
