RFP for Annual Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Equipment Maintenance and Testing Services (RFP-26-002)

The Orange County Water District (“OCWD” or District) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to perform annual preventative maintenance, inspection, and testing services on both medium-voltage and low-voltage electrical equipment, in accordance with ANSI/NETA standards. OCWD intends to evaluate the proposals received and enter into a Four-Year General Services Agreement (“Agreement”) with the qualified firm. The work is expected to commence on May 3, 2027.
