The Orange County Water District (“OCWD” or District) is seeking bids for the construction of four monitoring well at two sites (2 well clusters) by the direct mud rotary method. The well sites are located in the cities of Anaheim and Placentia. These monitoring well installations will be conducted under Orange County Water District (OCWD or District).
