RFB for Buena Park Linden Well Packer Installation, Contract No. BP-2026-1
The Orange County Water District (“OCWD” or District) is seeking bids for the removal of the Buena Park Linden well pump and motor, installation of owner supplied packers and associated equipment, reinstallation of the existing well pump and motor, and assist with performing pumping tests to measure flow and PFAS concentrations. The project will include one optional additional test that includes performing the above work a second time to adjust the packer configuration.
