The Orange County Water District (“OCWD” or “District”) is seeking cost quotations from qualified and experienced firms to complete the redevelopment of multiport monitoring well SC-4. The work is expected to commence when a Notice to Proceed issued and after all required documents have been received upon Agreement execution.
