The water quality records request is to query water quality records or information about wells located within a half mile or a mile of a particular site or address. Please view OCWD’s service map to determine if your site is located within District boundaries

Please complete the form below in order for staff to determine which report(s) to generate. Due to the technical and in-depth nature of requests, information may not be supplied over the phone.

Please allow 10 business days for a response.

Processing fee information:

  • There is a minimum processing fee of $10 per request. Payment by check is preferred (credit cards cannot be accepted). Please make your check payable to Orange County Water District and mail to:
