Natalie Meeks

Natalie Meeks was appointed by the Anaheim City Council in December 2022 to represent Orange County Water District Division 9 (Anaheim). She currently serves on the Anaheim City Council as mayor pro tem, a role where she represents the city at large as needed. She also represents District 6 in east Anaheim.
Prior to joining the Council, she served on Anaheim’s Planning Commission from 2019–2022, and as Public Works director for the city for nearly a decade through 2016. During her public works career, she worked on The Anaheim Resort expansion, Anaheim Convention Center and ARTIC transit center, among other projects In 2015, she was named a Top Ten Leader by the American Public Works Association.
Director Meeks holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from California State University, Fullerton, and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Chapman University.
