IFQ for Ion Exchange Resin Procurement, Installation, and Disposal for PFAS Treatment Systems (IFQ-26-001)
The Orange County Water District (“OCWD” or “District”) is seeking cost quotations from qualified and experienced firms to provide virgin Ion Exchange (IX) resin media and installation at new sites or resin media replacement and disposal of spent resin at current operating sites within north and central Orange County. OCWD intends to enter into a one-year General Services Agreement (“Agreement”) with the option to renew for an additional year. The work is expected to commence on January 1, 2027.
