RFP for Comprehensive Coordination and Arc Flash Study Assessment and Update of GWRS/Fountain Valley Power Distribution System 2026 (RFP-25-018)
The Orange County Water District (“OCWD” or District) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to perform a Comprehensive Coordination and Arc Flash Study Assessment and Update Of GWRS/Fountain Valley Power Distribution System. OCWD intends to evaluate the proposals received and enter into a 1-Year Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) with the qualified firm. The work is expected to commence on September 10, 2026.
