RFP for 2025 Asphalt Pavement
Rehabilitation Design (RFP-24-009)
The Orange County Water District (“OCWD” or District) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide design for the rehabilitation of several separate non-public asphalt pavement areas in the cities of Fountain Valley, Santa Ana, Anaheim, and Orange totaling approximately 432,400 square feet. OCWD intends to evaluate the proposals received and enter into a Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) with the qualified firm. The work is expected to commence on June 1, 2025. This Agreement will be for a term of one year, however the final design package is expected to be completed within three months.
