John Souza, Shift Supervisor IV
As a Shift Supervisor in Water Production, John supervises GWRS plant operations and makes decisions that affect the overall success of the GWRS facility.
John goes above and beyond what is expected and always gives 100 percent. He was involved in a special hazardous cleaning (ABS) for the Reverse Osmosis system that went beyond normal ongoing maintenance duties. John had previous experience with ABS and with his guidance, the cleanings went smoothly. As a supervisor and a coworker, John is a pleasure to work with because of his kind and respectful demeanor. For these reasons and more that John is deserving to be Employee of the Year!
