Orange County Water District (OCWD) is seeking proposals from qualified firms that are interested in providing design services for the Lakeview Transfer R&R Project.

The proposed project schedule is as follows:
Issue RFP: August 9, 2010
Pre-Proposal Meeting/Site Visit: 2 p.m., August 16, 2010
Proposals Due: 2 p.m., August 26, 2010
Award Design: September 15, 2010
Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit:
A pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be held on August 16, 2010. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is NOT mandatory. The meeting will begin at 2 p.m. at OCWD’s Field Headquarters located at 4060 East La Palma, Anaheim, CA 92807. The pre-proposal meeting will be followed by a site visit that will end at approximately 4 p.m. Please contact Nate Scheevel with any questions regarding the pre-proposal meeting.
Proposal Submittal:
Interested firms should submit 5 copies of their proposal and 1 sealed fee proposal on or before August 26, 2010 at 2:00 pm. Please refer to the complete RFP posted above for complete scope of work and submittal guidelines. Proposal should be mailed or delivered to:

Revision to the Request for Proposals:
The District reserves the right to revise the RFP prior to the date the Proposals are due. Revisions to the RFP shall be sent to all potential Proposers. The District reserves the right to extend the date by which the Proposals are due.
