Master Plan Report

In April 1999, the District prepared a 2020 Master Plan reviewing all aspects of the District’s future operations including basin capabilities, water supplies, coastal conditions, recharge abilities, annexation policy and other basin issues. The Master Plan will formulate a strategic basin management plan which will guide future policy decisions into the first quarter of the 21st Century.
