Denis Bilodeau was first elected to public office as a Director of the Orange County Water District in November 2000. Reelected in 2004, he served as President of the Board from 2002 to 2004. In December 2007, he was elected as 2nd Vice President of the Board. In November 2006, Denis was elected to serve as a Councilmember in the City of Orange, where he resides with his wife Suzanne, daughters Lia and Simone, and son Robert. Professionally, Director Bilodeau is a licensed civil and traffic engineer. He serves as a project manager for a transportation engineering, planning and management firm in Irvine, California. Director Bilodeau holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine in Civil Engineering. |
