“California’s Water” is a multi-part series for public television produced by Huell Howser and underwritten by members of the Association of California Water Agencies, including the Orange County Water District.
The series explores California’s water resources and the complex system of natural and man-made features that has allowed growing communities, businesses, productive farms and ecosystems to co-exist in a state that receives little or no rain for months at a time.
The series introduces viewers to California’s water system and highlights key aspects of water management today, from water storage and water recycling to the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta and the Colorado River.
OCWD believes that educating the public on water issues is critical and is taking that commitment seriously by helping to underwrite the California's Water series.
