Request A Speaker From OCWD The Orange County Water District Speakers Bureau offers 10-minute and 30-minute presentations to civic and community groups, technical associations, and educational institutions. District projects, including the Groundwater Replenishment System, Prado Wetlands, water conservation, and Orange County's water sources are presented by a Board member or staff member depending on availability.
