Request A Speaker From OCWD The Orange County Water District Speakers Bureau offers 10-minute and 30-minute presentations to civic and community groups, technical associations and educational institutions. District projects, including well-head treatment installations, Prado water conservation and the world-renowned Groundwater Replenishment System, may be described by an OCWD board member or staff member. In addition, the presentations include information on Orange County's local water resources and the District's water management program.
